Experience Centre Etiquette

While every care has been taken to ensure you with a pleasant experience, we appreciate you to observe the following etiquette below:

1. We do not encourage you to bring children under age 12 to minimize any accidental injury to them as well as damage to the centre.
2. In the most unlikely circumstances of any personal accidental injury while browsing the centre, Vlux Lighting Pte Ltd shall not be held liable or responsible in whatsoever incident.
3. Filming &/or photography for personal use is allowed as long as it is not for any commercial purpose. All copyrights policy applied here.
4. To maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the centre, no food and beverages is allowed inside the experience centre.
5. Our experience centre is monitored by surveillance camera, we will report any unlawful acts, thefts and we will have full rights to proceed claim from you make good to any damage to interior or products in the experience centre.
